To cut things short: This was my favourite collection. It summarized beautifully what I would love and love to wear. Elastic strapped waistcoat constructions. Sensual fashion priests. /HORST
Formal and conservative on the top, derangedly casual at the bottom. Shirt, tie and cotton shorts. I've verified this composition as the perfect look for the next couple of pre-summer days. Underwear as outerwear. /HORST

Unexpectedly a fruit's colour has blossomed. In other words: A colour's fruit has been picked and eaten up. Its sticky juice running down our chins. Leaving sweet traces on our body. /HORST

Collections Maison Martin Margiela, Bernhard Willhelm, Mihara Yasuhiro, Tillmann Lauterbach, Damir Doma, Raf Simons
9 shows, 1 presentation and Marc Jacobs gloves for 3 Euros. Mon jour en chiffres. The image quality is bad as always and photoshopped to death - but the colouration sums up this season's feeling of Paris quite well. Note: fluorescent belts and black plastic trousers at Raf Simons. /HORST
Top Comme des Garçons Fall/Winter 1993 Bottom Givenchy, Richard Nicoll, Damir Doma, Rag & Bone, J.W. Anderson, Richard Chai Spring/Summer 2011
We've been confronted with an armada of veil skirts for the upcoming Spring/Summer season. Please note that I find them wonderful, pleasing and intriguing. But I somehow question their originality. Especially when I compare 1993 Comme des Garçons with 2011 Givenchy. I expected more. /HORST
