Hi....
I am having a really emergry question that I need help on.
case:
My Husband was a F1 international student and his F1 service had stopped by his school, but his Visa( China) was expires on July, 2009. Couple months ago, he and I gets married and he is ready for file the green card. But his grandfather is very sick now and he have to go back immedately; however, he didn't file anything at this time. If he having a emergry that need to go back on June , what he can do now? And is he able to come back to US?

lost_angeles: she can travel outside US, as she has a valid H4 stamp. There is no need to wait for AP, I see no issues.

What are the options when labor is being audited?

- Start a new process and make sure all the reasons from audit are covered under the new process

I am working on EAD for a company A (I have approved H1 with company B). i want to maintain both the statuses, can i do that by running the paycheck with H1 company?
2)
my fiancee is on H1 status and i want to change her status from H1 to H4 (H1 getting expired). will it be ok as long as i maiting H1 status?

It is a one way street once that check is cashed. No refunds from USCIS. If the application gets returned from the mailroom for some mistake like missing signature, you will get your check submitted back.

Dear All,
Today i read that their is a new law prohibiting the employers from filling multiple applications for the same employee.
I have applied with 2 companies,as an employee , i have two different employers, who will file application for me.
Is it against the current law or ?
Pls help me asap , so that i can stop atleast one of the employer , if needed to file the application.
