The Conrad 30 J-1 physician waiver program is good news.
IV Physicans group worked on it led by Core team member- Paskal. Paskal had made several trips to DC to get support for the bill. IV had also sent a letter of support and provided guidance in its advocacy effort to people involved.
Paskal may have to update the group on the provisions that went into the final amendment.

They normally will give time to pack up. Last month one of my friend's colleague got rejected (I also knew her) and they give her 10 days to pack up. She is working for HP and she moved back to India.
Even if you want to try transfer, you can do but you will have to go out of the country and get stamping and come back. Since you are not in status they wont extend the I-94 rather they will approve the extension.

yes, you need passport size photograph (2x2 inch) for AP/EAD. when you file I-485, you will file EAD/AP and for that you need photographs. you need atleast 2 photographs for EAD and 2 photographs for AP. check the photograph specifications in EAD/AP form instructions or in USCIS website. USCIS is very specific about the photograph, I know couple of friends whose EAD applications are sent back when they did meet their specifications. so pay attention to their specifications.

Same thing, my 485 is pending at TSC, and I used AC21 in Feb 08, saw few LUDS after that and since then no movement on 485, for 140 I haven't called USCIS, these days they are sending rfe's for no reason and hence I am keeping quiet, also for 140 there is nothing we could much, i spoke to my lawyer and he also said the same, only your old employer can talk to them, if we call uscis they won't tell you anything as we are not the employer, so keeping my fingers crossed and praying that its only a file cleanup, may be in Oct when dates are available they may send you , me and all others waiting desparately a GC, small ray of hope..god bless us all..if anything changes I'll keep you posted on my side..

does CSPA automatically protects and applies and help the children who aged out or they should have filled some forms for seeking the help?
does they also give some grace of some days like 45 days or more if the age is more than 21 at that time?

your wife is exempt from EAD/AP fees. If you apply online for her EAD or AP, the system will automatically figure that out and will not charge anything additional
Thx for the reply, one final question on the same lines per the reply above, if I were to file online, would the system ask her to go for fingerprinting again, i heard that if we were to apply paper based then we do not need to go again for a fingerprinting session. Please do share your thoughts here people.

Really? Did they give you that information?
I have taken infopass 2 times in last 2 years, and they just tell me - we cannot tell anything about that info from the "screen" they have access to.
They just give a vague answer that everything is in order but your visa numbers are not available for your dates, you need to wait for visa number

If you are running out of time to save Candian PR under 3 years out of country stay rule, then only we have to think this canda stay.
If you can stay here and still save candian PR for this 1.5 years, just get into the system and try out here in US. That is the best bet rather than not trying at all.
Who knows you may get Labor/I140 in this 1.5 years and may get everything well.
DOL procedures - We really do not know how serious that **Supervised Recruit** is, unless it is experienced by people.
If you loose candian PR in 6 months or so, unless you land there, then we have to think about it.
Now please give me green, as i do not have many; ;)

Hi above is an update from this end. I do have one more question though. My wife was not given an I-94 when she entered using TL instead her passport was stamped with the arrival date and initials "LPr". I am getting ready to apply for a new AP for us what should I write as her "Class of Admission"? Also do you foresee any issues with the AP renewal since I cannot send them a copy of an I-94?
CBP at the airport mistakenly thought your wife was a permanent resident, instead of still having a pending 485. She should not this on the I-131 when applying for a new AP.

My son is in custody and I am bonding him out this week;
ICE charged him deportable as a Aggrevated Felon becuase ;
He had a PETTY LARCENY in 2009 (misdemeanor) - orginal sentance to 60 days weekend intermittent jail and 3 years probation;
He violated probation and was given a year of weekends by the judge;
Now ICE are charging him as a AF saying he is deportable because his record shows 365 sentance for the petty larceny!!!
I an others disagree and that 'a year of weekends' is NOT a sentance of a year or a suspended year;
Any case files or history anyone - your answers are welcomed!
