New Ranch Design gears

Ranch Design is now offering 64 pitch crown gears machined from billet aluminum. The axle hole sizes available are .085" and .094".
The gear teeth configurations are in two tooth increments from 24 to 36. All have setscrew fasteners.

The major diameters are: 24T = .390", 26T = .420", 28T = .454", 30T = .485", 32T = .515", 34T = .545", and 36T = .578". All have a .250"
diameter hub and a length of .250".

Machined wheels are generally available in a relatively small number of designs - one reason is many wheel designs do not lend themselves to accurate reproduction when machined (or the machining required is prohibitively expensive). Initially available in a 15x7mm size which fits Ninco "Classic" tires (21x7mm or 21x9mm), look for more sizes in the future. C.B. Design 15x7mm Insert Wheels will accept Slot.It inserts (15mm) or you can create your own inserts by turning down old plastic wheels.
